Fantasy Hockey All Star Edition Forwards

Here are the standout forwards in Fantasy Hockey so far this season: Connor McDavid Connor McDavid is scoring at an unreal pace to start the season, he already has 40 goals, 48 assists, 43 PPP, along with 200 SOG and 6 GWG so far this season. He is the favorite to win the Hart Trophy at the current moment, and unless someone has an unreal second half, I don't see anyone surpassing his goal or point total. McDavid has maintained his position as the top-ranked player in Fantasy since the start of the season. Bo Horvat Bo Horvat is having a career year this season because he wants to get paid, as a result, he already has 30 goals, 19 assists, 17 PPP, 4 GWG, 135 SOG, and 589 Faceoff wins so far this season. Statistically, Horvat has been one of the better Vancouver Canucks this season, which has certainly made his fantasy owners happy. Horvat was ranked 103rd overall in fantasy at the start of the season, and now he is ranked 9th overall in fantasy. Leon Draisaitl While Leon Draistait...

HOW VANCOUVER CANUCKS CAN WIN THEIR FIRST STANLEY CUP

The Vancouver Canucks have been flat-out terrible this season, and they are far from being a Stanley Cup caliber team. So I will be taking on the Challenge of rebuilding the team in an attempt to bring the first Stanley Cup to Vancouver. Before the Expansion Draft, the Vancouver Canucks make one trade: Vancouver Cancuks trade Braden Holtby, Brandon Sutter to the Detroit Red Wings for 2021 2nd round pick.  Vancouver Canucks get a 2nd round pick in exchange for Braden Holtby and Brandon Sutter. Vancouver Canucks lose Olli Juolevi to the Seattle Kraken in the expansion draft.      Before the 2021 draft, two trades are made: Alex Edler is traded to the Buffalo Sabres for Linus Ullmark. The Canucks and Sabres swap pending UFAs and they both fill much-needed holes on their roster with this trade. The Canucks also trade Tanner Pearson, Jake Virtanen, Jay Beagle to the St.Louis Blues for Jordan Kyrou, Zach Sanford, 2021 3rd round pick. This is a good deal for bot...

REBUILDING 2015-16 VANCOUVER CANUCKS

The 2015-16 Vancouver Cancuks were an aging team that need to rebuild desperately in hopes of becoming a contending once again in the future. With that in mind, my objective with this rebuild is to rebuild the Vancouver Canucks and turn them back into a contender in the shortest amount of time. Before the 2016 draft, a few trades are made: Vancouver Canucks trade Henrik Sedin, Daniel Sedin to the Ottawa Senators for Mika Zibanejad, Ryan Dzingel, 1st round pick 2016, 1st round pick 2017. The Ottawa Senators get the Sedin twins to play on a line with Mark Stone, which makes them an instant contender in the Eastern Conference, On the flip side, the Vancouver Canucks get Mika Zibanajed, a very talented young center, Ryan Dzingel, and two first round picks. Ryan Miller is traded to the Calgary Flames for 2nd round pick 2016, 3rd round pick 2016. The Calgary Flames really needed a proven veteran goalie, a Ryan Miller is exactly that, on the flip side of the trade, the Canucks ...

REBUILDING 2012-13 NEW JERSEY DEVILS

After Zach Parise left in Free Agency, the New Jersey Devils were a mess and then after Ilya Kovalchuk decided to "Retire" and return to play in Russia, the Devils were left witha mediocre roster that couldn't contend for the playoffs anymore. The Rebuild starts in 2012 Draft Instead of waiting on Zach Parise, the Devils trade his rights to the Minnesota Wild for Jason Zucker. Zach Parise was going to sign with the Wild anyways, so it makes sense to get something for him. Jason Zucker was buried in the depth chart of Wild for years, he would have found success much sooner with the Devils. Martin Brodeur is Traded to the Chicago Blackhawks for Nick Leddy, 2nd round pick 2013. If Chicago Wins the Stanley Cup, the 2nd round pick becomes a 1st round pick. Martin Broduer gives the Chicago Blackhawks a veteran goalie they can lean on in the playoffs, while the Devils get a young defenseman in Nick Leddy who was always in Joel Queneville's doghouse. New Jer...
