Fantasy Hockey Waiver Wire Centers to Pickup

Here are some Centers to pick up on the Waiver Wire:

Adam Lowry

Adam Lowry is one of those players that are more valuable in fantasy hockey than he actually is in real life. So far this season, Lowry has 3 goals, 5 assists, 1 PPP, 2 SHP, 82 FW, 31 hits, 7 blocks, and is a +5.  Lowry is only owned in 7% of fantasy leagues and should be owned in any CAT league.

Charlie Coyle

Charlie Coyle has been a huge part of the Boston Bruins success early on this season, putting up 5 goals, 2 assists, 25 SOG, 79 FW, 13 Hits, and 12 blocks, and is a +6. Coyle is only owned in 7 % of fantasy leagues, and should only be reserved for being owned in deep leagues, as he has a reputation for being inconsistent during his career.

Scott Laughton

Scott Laughton may only have 1 goal, 2 assists, 2 PPPs in the last two weeks, but he also has 70 FW, 14 SOG, and 17 Hits. Laughton is only owned in 4% of fantasy leagues but he should definitely be owned in leagues with Faceoff wins and hits.

Morgan Geekie

Morgan Geekie has been on a tear in the last two weeks, putting up 3 goals, 3 assists, 2 GWG, and was a +8.  Geekie has been a major part of Seattle's 5 game-win streak and should be owned in more fantasy
leagues.

David Kampf

David Kampf has played some of his best hockey in the last two weeks, putting up 1 goal, 3 assists, 11 SOG, 56 FW, and is a +5. He has settled in very nicely into his role as the 4th line center of the Maple Leafs and is starting to make an impact all over the ice. Kampf is owned in 1% of leagues and is valuable in leagues with faceoff wins and +/-.

Alexander Wennberg

Alexander Wennberg has been solid in the last two weeks of the season, putting up 2 goals, 3 assists, 11 SOG, 44 FW, and is a +5. Wennberg is only owned in 1% of fantasy leagues and probably should be owned in more leagues, as he has been a major part of Seattle's 5-game win streak.

This adds a strategic element to the game, as managers must decide which players to keep based on their performance, potential, and value relative to the cost of keeping them. Keeper leagues often provide a deeper level of engagement and strategy compared to standard fantasy leagues because managers need to consider long-term player development and roster management beyond ...
