Fantasy Hockey Advice Players to Trade Away

Here are some players you should Trade Away: Brock Nelson Brock Nelson has a track record of having hot starts to the season and then cooling off in the second half of the season. Nelson already has 11 goals, 22 points, and 6 PPP so far this season, but his best scoring season was last year when he had 37 goals and 59 points. It's already established what type of player Brock Nelson is, he is a player who excels in the first half of the season but cools off in the second half. For this reason, it would be best to trade away Brock Nelson.  Dominik Kubalik Dominik Kubalik is arguably the biggest steal in fantasy hockey this season, as he wasn't drafted in many leagues, however, his hot start has him rostered in 81% of Fantasy leagues. Kubalik has 9 goals, 13 assists, 10 PPP, and is a +4 so far this season, playing on a line with Dylan Larkin and Lucas Raymond and Detroit's 1st PP unit. It would be a good idea to trade Kubalik now while his value is sky-high. Martin Necas Mart

Fantasy Hockey Waiver Wire Right Wingers to Pickup

Here are some Right Wingers to pick up on the Waiver Wire: Owen Tippett Due to injuries, Owen Tippett has been pushed up to the top line of the Flyers and is also playing on their top powerplay unit. He has 3 goals, 5 points, 1 PPP, 24 SOG, 13 hits, and 8 blocks in the last two weeks, but he is a -9. This could be a risky pickup due to his +/- but because all of his other categories are pretty strong, he is worth picking up. Jordan Eberle Eberle has 2 goals, 5 points, 1 PPP, and 12 SOG in the last two weeks and is a solid option to have in a deep league, as he plays a top 6 role for Seattle and plays on the 1st PP unit. In leagues with hits and blocks, there could be better options, but for leagues with just goals, points, and PPP, he is worth a pickup. Garnet Hathaway Garnet Hathaway is a 5-star play to have in a cat league; he is a stat sheet stuffer and will get a little bit of everything. Hathaway has 1 goal, 13 SOG, 22, and 9 blocks in the last two weeks on a Washington team that

Fantasy Hockey Waiver Wire Left Wingers to Pickup

Here is a list of Left Wingers to pickup: Zach Parise Zach Parise has worked his way back into the Fantasy scene in deeper leagues as he has quietly has put together a very solid statline. He has 5 goals, 3 assists, 1 PPP, 1 SHP, 40 SOG, 15 Hits, 19 blocks, and is a +9. This is a great all-around statline, and while he isn't going to produce offensively every night, he will get a healthy dose of SOG and he has a good +/-. Nick Ritchie Despite the recent slump, Nick Ritchie still has played very well for the Arizona Coyotes this season. Ritchie has 6 goals, 6 PPP, 22 SOG and 32 Hits so far this season and has been a major part of Arizona's lethal Powerplay. Adam Henrique Adam Henrique is definitely not the same player he once was but he can still be a solid option in fantasy leagues because of he is eligible to play both the Center and Left Wing. Henrique has 5 goals, 2 assists, 1 PPP, 27 SOG, 74 FW, 14 Hits, and 5 blocks so far this season playing on the Wing with Trevor Zegra

Fantasy Hockey Waiver Wire Centers to Pickup

Here are some Centers to pick up on the Waiver Wire: Adam Lowry Adam Lowry is one of those players that are more valuable in fantasy hockey than he actually is in real life. So far this season, Lowry has 3 goals, 5 assists, 1 PPP, 2 SHP, 82 FW, 31 hits, 7 blocks, and is a +5.  Lowry is only owned in 7% of fantasy leagues and should be owned in any CAT league. Charlie Coyle  Charlie Coyle has been a huge part of the Boston Bruins success early on this season, putting up 5 goals, 2 assists, 25 SOG, 79 FW, 13 Hits, and 12 blocks, and is a +6. Coyle is only owned in 7 % of fantasy leagues, and should only be reserved for being owned in deep leagues, as he has a reputation for being inconsistent during his career. Scott Laughton Scott Laughton may only have 1 goal, 2 assists, 2 PPPs in the last two weeks, but he also has 70 FW, 14 SOG, and 17 Hits. Laughton is only owned in 4% of fantasy leagues but he should definitely be owned in leagues with Faceoff wins and hits. Morgan Geekie Morgan G

Fantasy Hockey Waiver Wire: Defenseman to Pickup

Here is some Defenseman to pickup in Fantasy Hockey:   Alec Martinez Alec Martinez may not have the offensive production he used to have and he is almost allergic to throwing hits, but he league leader in blocked shots with 51. Vegas has played 11 games this season, which means that Martinez has an average of 4.63 blocks per game, which is remarkable at the age of 35. Martinez doesn't really do much else besides blocking a lot of shots but if your team does need more blocks, Martinez is the guy to add, if still available. Adam Larsson Surprisingly Adam Larsson has 2 goals and 3 points and is a +7, early in the season, but what is not surprising is that he has 16 SOG, 23 hits, and 21 blocks. Larsson has been consistently a reliable source of hits and blocks in the past few years, and while his offensive production drops off, he should help you garbage categories. Larsson is owned in 18% of fantasy leagues and would be a very valuable defenseman in a CAT league. Connor Clifton Connor
